As Operations Director, my role is to oversee Creative Design Development, Technical and Pre-Contract Operations and provide our Clients with continuous Project Support. I assist Clients in selecting their optimum workplace.

My role as Account Director is to provide ongoing support to Clients after project completion. I sustain strong relationships with our Clientele and organise both minor and major maintenance
As Financial Controller, I am responsible primarily for the finance function of the Company. Efficient and effective reporting of the day to day running of the business plus compliance with all necessary statutory regulations.
Outside of work, I like listening to music sat on my couch just chilling. When I listen to music at the office Clancy and Anna shoot me down. Who doesn’t like a bit of the Bieb?
As Project Director, I am often the first point of contact for Clients. I establish a Time-frame and Scope of Works before a project commences. I am involved in projects every step of the way to ensure the clients are happy.
As Project Director, I work with clients from the first meeting to the last, the overarching coordinator who ensures that all aspects of the project move seamlessly from one stage to the next. I like to have fun with clients and involve them in the design process as much as possible.
As Head of Design, I lead and manage the entire design process to ensure all Designers meet technical and commercial requirements. I balance both the creative and technical sides of a project.
I have a passion for photography and music.
As a Senior Workplace Designer my role is to create inspiring work spaces for our clients. I am responsible for project design from client brief through to construction which involves space planning, finishes and furniture.
As a Workplace Designer, I create quality builds in accordance with project requirements as well as maintain high Health & Safety and Environmental Standards. My work merges creativity with Technical Design to ensure our clients are satisfied.
I collaborate with my team on a range of ambitious and innovative projects and contribute to the entire creative process.
In my spare time I like painting canvas and making sculptures.
My role is Key Account Manager; I look after the clients in order to ensure the new brand offices are hassle – free.
I also manage all general maintenance to prevent any issues that might arise.
In my role as Pre-Contracts Manager, I lead the project team, manage supply chain and deliver the project safely, on-time and on-budget. I develop project strategies to achieve our company’s sustainability objectives as well as conduct reviews of project targets and risks.
In my role as Pre-Contracts Manager, I work with the internal projects team to ensure that all aspects of the project are correctly planned and costed whilst adding my own ideas on how we can deliver additional efficiencies for our clients.
Outside of work you’ll either find me in the skies flying a plane or renovating my flat with another expensive toy!
Working in the Pre-Contracts team, I work with clients and designers to provide specifications and costs to meet budget and brief requirements.
Outside of work, I have a passion for travel all over the world, including recently Vietnam, Morocco and Australia.
I am a Site Manager for AIS that I control and steer the work stream and project delivery on the more practical level. I’m always keeping each site, safe, orderly and hazard free.
As Project Manager, I am a primary contact for Clients and manage both delivery and commercial processes. I provide support to Contract Managers, help develop Key Accounts and provide support with our Post-Project Care. I monitor our Waste Programme to ensure our sites reach our environmental standards.
In my role as Project Manager, I oversee both the Delivery and Commercial processes. I provide support and act as a point of contact to Clients and Contract Managers, throughout the programme and in Post-Project Care.
As the Systems & Process Manager I manage our Integrated Management System. This consists of Quality ISO 9001, Environmental ISO 14001 and Health & Safety OHSAS 18001. It is my role to ensure it runs smoothly according to the IMS. Although people think that is boring… I love it.
When not at work, I do Karate… and I have a black belt!
As Project Development Manager, I work closely with Commercial Agents and our Business development team, to develop new business mainly in the central London market.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and baby, Playing football and cricket and going to watch Spurs play.

As a Business Development Manager, I am first port of call for new clients considering an office relocation or refurbishment. I work closely with them to understand their needs and aspirations for any future project and when ready, introduce them to our fantastic design team!
